We spent the best part of 12 hrs in the ED, my wife was treated by the most kind, compassionate and professional staff I've ever encountered in the health system. Despite their clear lack of staff and having worked overtime they where all lovely and went above and beyond. The smiling orderlies in the hall way, the food cart lady, the cafe staff, the nurses and doctors. Everyone was so kind and caring. Thanks so much
The team in the Maternity ward were amazing, spent 3 nights and could not fault a thing (extremely different experience compared to my last birth in Dunedin) special thanks to nurse Shiela and trainer midwife Lauren.
